Whether you’re a student, a fresh graduate, or an avid game developer, this program is tailor-made for you. We’re on the lookout for eight passionate individuals who eat, sleep, and breathe games. If you’ve got what it takes, we’ll provide you with the resources, support, and a sweet six-month gig at our Riyadh Studio to create free-to-play mobile games.
Here’s the deal: you’ll work closely with a tight-knit team and have complete ownership over your F2P game project, from start to finish. That means you call the shots and wear multiple hats, adding value in various areas. So, while we’re here to offer support, we’re looking for candidates who already have experience in their chosen disciplines.
But wait, there’s more! We’ll provide a salary, hook you up with top-notch equipment, a dedicated workspace, and the chance to rub shoulders with industry veterans from world-famous gaming franchises. You’ll get an inside look at how global mobile games are made, along with valuable insights into data analysis, marketing strategies, and player engagement.
Oh, and did we mention you’ll have six months to deliver an awesome game? If it’s a hit, it might even go public!
Once the program wraps up, your performance and achievements could open doors to a full-time game developer position within the Sandsoft Riyadh Studio. We’re all about fueling your dreams and empowering the leaders of tomorrow, in line with KSA Vision 2030.
Now, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty. We’re looking for technically savvy folks who excel in coding (C++, C#, Java), art (2D/Concept Art, UI, VFX, 2D/3D Animation, 3D Art), or design (Level Design, UX, Game Design, Balancing, Game Economics). Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, or other game engines is a major plus. And hey, whether you’ve dabbled in game development professionally, academically, or simply for fun, we want to hear about it!
Passion for mobile games is a must, and fluent English skills (reading, speaking, and writing) will keep you in the game. If you’ve got experience collaborating in a team, bring your crew along and apply together!
