Last week all Sandsoft Games employees got together in sunny Riyadh to celebrate achievements of the second quarter of the year 2023, share plans and learnings.
At Sandsoft Games we schedule regular gatherings to ensure employees could connect with each other on a more personal level outside of their regular work environment. We all can engage in team building activities, games, and conversations that foster stronger relationships.
Regular offsite meetings provide a platform for employees from different departments or levels of hierarchy to interact and communicate with each other, thus encouraging cross-functional collaborations, sharing of ideas, and the development of new relationships. We can network with colleagues we may not usually have the chance to meet, fostering a sense of unity and a broader understanding of the company as a whole.
During our quarterly events we often recognize and appreciate employees’ achievements and hard work. Whether it’s through awards, speeches, or special acknowledgments, our events allow all the team memebers show gratitude and motivate employees by highlighting their contributions and successes.
